TICKETING POLICIES

BOX OFFICE:

CMS does not have a traditional in-person Box Office until performance days. Tickets are available for purchase online via our website. Tickets may be purchased at the door on performance day, but are subject to availability.

LOW COST & NO COST TICKET INITIATIVE:

We are proud to offer need-based ticket discounts to anyone who makes a request. Please email tickets@catskillmountainshakespeare.com with your requested discount, performance date, time and number of tickets. Someone will respond to your request  within 48 hours.

SEATING:

All of our seating is general admission.

REFUNDS:

All tickets, service fees and facility fees are non-refundable. Our performances are rain or shine. In the event of severe weather and a performance must be cancelled, you will be given the option to transfer your tickets to another date, donate your tickets to CMS, or receive a full refund.

EXCHANGES:

Ticket exchanges are subject to additional fees, subject to availability and are not guaranteed. Regular ticket exchanges may be requested up to 24 hours before the performance and are subject to availability. You will be charged any difference in ticket price if applicable.

Exchanges requested within 24 hours of a performance will not be granted.

TICKET DONATION:

In cases where an exchange isn't possible, you may convert the value of your ticket order to a donation to Catskill Mountain Shakespeare.

WAIT LIST:

We will take a waiting list, in the case of a sold out performance. Waitlist tickets follow standard CMS pricing. Standard service fees apply. All waitlist tickets are subject to availability. Tickets will be offered in order of waitlist sign-up. Names from the waitlist will be called and if we are unable to contact you we will move onto the next person on the list. While some tickets frequently become available in this manner, we are unable to make predictions or guarantees as to availability.

LATE ARRIVALS:

Due to the outdoor nature of performances, we do accept late arrivals. All late arrivals MUST check in with the box office FIRST before making their way to the tent. A CMS staff member will help you find an available seat.
