Other helpful info
Weather and environment
Part of the magic of outdoor theater is embracing the unpredictability of nature and enjoying whatever the moment brings. Our performances go on rain or shine, and we only cancel in cases of severe weather. While our tent offers shelter from rain, the grassy path leading to it can become muddy, especially after heavy or repeated showers. We strongly recommend wearing waterproof, sturdy shoes on wet days. A poncho or umbrella can also come in handy. Evening temperatures can drop significantly after warm days. Please check the forecast and consider bringing layers like a sweatshirt, long pants, or even a small blanket to stay comfortable. While the performance is held under a tent, the sides are open to the fresh air. We highly recommend using bug spray to stay comfortable during the show.
Pets
As much as we love them, animal companions are not permitted on the grounds.
Service dogs
Service dogs may be authorized under the tent with proper notification to the box office. Email us at:

Photography and videography
We welcome your photos and videos of picnics, friends, and our stunning Catskills views before and after the performance (be sure to tag us!). However, in accordance with Actor's Equity rules, photography and the use of recording devices during the performance is strictly prohibited.

Refunds and exchanges
All sales are final; we do not offer refunds. Exchange any ticket up to 48 hours before showtime.
